Tassia Fire Has Left Many Residents Homeless.

A melancholic atmosphere engulfed Tassia area in Embakasi East ,Nairobi county after fire broke out gutting down several houses.

While giving his response, Embakasi East Member of Parliament Honorable Babu Owino confirmed the incidence saying

“This Evening we are deeply saddened to report a devastating fire that has swept through Tassia, Embakasi East, destroying many homes in the area and leaving families with nothing.

The flames spread rapidly due to tightly packed dwellings, displacing scores of vulnerable residents.”

Owino also added that many have lost not only their homes but also their belongings, memories, and sources of livelihood.

Kenya Red cross however assured the residents of the response of their team who quickly put out the flame . Record News has not established the exact number of casualties as the real cause remains unknown.
