Bizarre drama looms in Kericho County Assembly as Sigowet MCA tables second impeachment motion against Governor Erick Mutai.

The Member Of County Assembly, MCA, famously Known as Rogony is accusing the Governor of gross misconduct and constitutional violation seeking for Mutai’s ouster, a move that has sharply attracted mixed reactions among Kericho residents.

This is just jealousy and greed among MCAs and deputy Governor.Recently Bomet and Trans-Nzoia governors had serious issues than Mutai and they are still in the office” Said anonymous resident.

Another resident who sought anonymity claimed that most MCAs are being controlled by other politicians who aspire to be governor.”To all Kericho County leaders please focus on fulfilling the manifesto that you promised to citizens and avoid sideshows, governor has no problem it’s you or wait and see come 2027 we will remove all of you from power.”

Mutai on first impeachment, MCAs passed the motion ousting him only to Senate and the court to restore him.
