The Standard Group PLC has officially announced that it has acquired the exclusive radio broadcast rights for the 2025/2026 English Premier League (EPL) season in Kenya.

In a public notice, the media group stated that the license grants it sole authority to air and transmit EPL matches on radio within the country. The coverage will be available exclusively through its stations; Radio Maisha, Spice FM, and Berur FM.

No other radio broadcaster is permitted to air or attempt to air any English Premier League matches during this period,” the company emphasized. It further warned that any unauthorized broadcasting will be treated as a violation of its rights and will attract immediate legal action.

Standard Group has invited football fans across Kenya to tune in for comprehensive, live, and exclusive match coverage throughout the 2025/2026 season.

This deal solidifies the company’s position as a key player in sports broadcasting, bringing one of the most popular football leagues in the world directly to Kenyan listeners.
